Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods and terms for using the services provided by HouseManager Pvt Ltd ("HouseManager," "we," "our," "us"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Debit & Credit Cards

Visa and MasterCard are accepted through licensed Internet Payment Gateways (IPGs) in Sri Lanka such as PayHere, WebXPay, OnePay, DirectPay, LankaPay etc.

All card payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.

We do not store or retain your full card details at any time.

2. Bank Transfers (Sri Lanka Customers)

Customers located in Sri Lanka may pay subscription fees via direct LKR bank transfers to our official company bank account.

Payment instructions will be provided upon invoice generation.

3. International Bank Transfers (Non-Sri Lanka Customers)

Customers located outside Sri Lanka may pay via SWIFT bank transfer in one of the following currencies:

  • US Dollar (USD)
  • Euro (EUR)
  • British Pound (GBP)

International customers are responsible for covering any transfer or intermediary bank charges.

Service activation will be completed once payment is received and confirmed by our bank.

2. Billing & Invoicing

Subscription fees are billed in advance, either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan chosen.

Invoices will be issued electronically and sent to your registered email address.

For customers who have not opted into automatic card renewals, payment links or invoices will be sent separately each billing cycle.

3. Currency

For customers in Sri Lanka: All card and bank transfer payments are accepted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

For international customers: Payments via card are charged in USD (or equivalent currency as supported by the IPG). Bank transfers must be made in USD, EUR, or GBP only.

4. Security

All debit/credit card transactions are processed via secure SSL/TLS encryption through licensed Sri Lankan IPGs.

HouseManager does not have access to or store full cardholder information.

Customers are advised never to send card details by email or unsecure communication channels.

5. Late or Failed Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, access to HouseManager services may be suspended until payment is completed.

Customers remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

6. Refunds

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used.
